1. Respect every player, staff member, and community space. Harassment, hate speech, threats, and targeted abuse are never allowed. 2. Stay in character whenever you are actively roleplaying unless a staff member directs otherwise. Keep out-of-character arguments out of scenes. 3. No random deathmatch, random vehicle deathmatch, griefing, or trolling. Violent actions need believable in-character escalation. 4. No metagaming. Do not use Discord calls, streams, or information learned outside the game to benefit your character. 5. No powergaming. Do not force outcomes on other players without giving them a fair chance to react. 6. Value your character's life. Reckless or unrealistic behavior during armed scenes, chases, or hostage situations may be punished. 7. Cheating, exploiting, duplicated items, mod menus, or abuse of bugs are strictly forbidden. Report exploits to staff immediately. 8. Roleplay injuries, losses, and consequences realistically. If a scene creates long-term outcomes, continue that story instead of ignoring it. 9. Follow faction leadership and chain-of-command rules if you join a whitelisted department, gang, or business. 10. Staff decisions must be followed during live situations. Appeals and complaints should be handled respectfully after the scene ends.
